The history of Castellari Bergaglio coincides with the journey of a family that began to devote itself to wine production in the late 1800s. Producing wines with unmistakable characteristics that can be traced back to a particular territory has always been the winery's goal, focusing all its attention on the Cortese vine, the wine/vine symbol of the Gavi production area.

THE TERRITORY
Nestled between Piedmont and Liguria is a beautiful territory where time seems to turn more slowly amid untouched forests, well-tended vineyards, paths that climb gentle and magical hills, tranquility, and silence. This area is Gavi's birthplace. It is a wine that has crossed paths with history for centuries, building a solid and unique personality, a great white in a region of great wines.
