Harvest 2010

After carefully considering which vineyard to harvest from, we finally began peeling the first clusters of Cortese on September 15. Indeed, the grapes harvested in 2010 have an acidic and aromatic framework of more excellent balance and impact than the previous vintage, albeit with a lower potential sugar content.
