THE VINIFICATION
Made from the best grapes from our vineyards, hand-selected and left to dry until January. We follow the old tradition of allowing time to decant and cleanse the wine, so it takes over 12 months to make this wine.
THE TASTING
Gavium is a meditation wine that combines rich and intense aromas and flavors with fresh and dry hints, so it never tires. It is, therefore, ideal for accompanying moments of pleasant meditation to be sipped slowly or paired with aged or blue cheeses and dry pastries.
