Harvest 2011

It was an extraordinary, good season that brought us new surprises and experiences. A long winter lasted through most of March and then broke out with the summer of April. We felt a lot of fatigue from the heat but a lot of satisfaction. It was an excellent vintage for our Gavi. Another notable feature was the near absence of fungal diseases. Although some situations were favorable for powdery mildew, they allowed us to prepare a defense against cryptogams based on good viticultural practices, scrupulous, and low environmental impact.
