Harvest 2014

The 2014 vintage was an exceptional season. This 2014 was the first year of conversion to organic farming for us, and it was anything but an easy start. In fact, like other areas of Italy, the Gavi area was also affected by a particularly atypical season. The harvest began on September 15, characterized by a mild month with very little rainfall, excellent temperature ranges between day and night ( to the advantage of the aromas), and slightly lower alcohol contents than in previous years.
