The 2015 vintage was particular and memorable. The Gavi Docg area had a relatively mild start to the season, with little rainfall distributed over the first few months of the year. Very good ripening all over the areas with no particular differences, very high babo degrees and sugars, with grapes ripened as early as early September and a noticeable yield drop, around 20%.
