January and February were dry and not very cold for the season, moving on the negative track of the previous vintage. Very helpful throughout the season were the consistently relatively low minimum temperatures that delivered grapes with good sugar concentration, an excellent acid framework, and a very favorable skin-to-pulp ratio, which will allow us to have fragrant wines with good olfactory richness.
